Refund and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refunds will be granted for no-show reservations. Floats will be processed as attended for all reservations.
  • A 2-hour notice is required for cancellation of any float session.
  • For any float packages a $20 no-show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If there is no credit card on file the $20 no-show fee must be paid upon your next visit.
  • For single floats purchased, the pass will be considered “used” for the no-show.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Monthly membership floats will carry over month-to-month as long as the membership is ACTIVE and in good standing.  If a 30-day cancellation request has been issued, ALL of the floats on the account will expire in 30 days with the end of the membership.  Refunds will not be issued for unused floats.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.

REFUNDS

  • All float sessions/packages can be returned if unused within 7 days of purchase.  For package refunds all floats used will be charged at the single float rate and subtracted from the refund amount.  No refunds will be issued for float sessions attended.  
  • All merchandise products sold at Sensa Float are final sale.
